Very kind host and always ready to help if you need something or you have unanswered questions, or you need tickets for Mirabilandia or Safari Zoo. The place is very clean, it's on the beach and is perfect for the family with kids because they have special kid's menu and toys for them and also special supervised playground inside and outside the hotel.

Top Service, super hygienic, top location direct on the beach. The all inclusive package is really worth it. The food is amazing and the staff go above and beyond to cater for special dietary requirements. Today at breakfast I recieved a gluten free Croissant 😊 they are very vegan and Gluten free friendly. …

Stayed with family in the week of August. Exceptional location of the hotel, practically on the beach, with a beautiful and clean swimming pool with bar service and adequate availability of sunbeds. Very convenient private parking in front of the hotel. In our case, double room with bunk bed for children, with excellent furnishings and a large terrace. Narrow but suitable bathroom. Top cleaning. Excellent buffet breakfast. Lunch/dinner served, with vegetable buffet always available. Decent cuisine and not exactly regional (the only aspect in my opinion that needs to be improved a little). All the staff were really kind and always helpful. Excellent value for money.

We stayed for two days just to unplug a bit. So overall I have nothing to say about the hotel. There were 4 of us and for a few days it was fine. The season obviously being low, it did not offer services for children. The hotel is connected to the beach, simple and good food, too bad there wasn't a choice of desserts after meals. Basic breakfast.
